For rushing at and trying to strike Count Witre, the ex-Premier, in the baths at Soden, near Wiesbaden, a Russian student named Koseberg was arrested. OfTbial telegrams announce that for the four di»ys ended September 15th eight soldiers, policemen and officials, and eigh'y-ei«ht private individuals have been killed, while seven soldiers, policemen and officials and 133 private persons were wounded in armed encounters in Russia. Seven mansions and 81 houses were burnt, 26 persona were sentenced to death and seventeen to penal seivi tude; sixteen soldiers and police and four civilians were killed during robberies, and eight were killled in disturbances in prisons. TO ESCAPE ASSASSINATION. Received September 18, 10.16 p.m. BERLIN, September 18. A special Royal train from Russia has passed through Berlin for Brussells and Paris. Aoooiding to two Eerlin! newspapers it contained several Grand Dukes and Duchesses who are migrating to escape assassination.
