BAZAAR AND ART UNION.
A meeting of the Committee of the Fire Brigade, Volunteer and Band Bazaar and Art Union was held last evening, Captain Jenkins presiding. ■ Messrs A. B. Charters, E. Pragnell, and A. W. Russell were appointed auditors to examine the accounts. A few urgent accounts were passed for payment. The secretaries reported that a large number of art union books bad not yet been returned. It was decided to request those holding books to hand them in not later than Saturday next. The disposing of unsold goods was left over till the next meeting of the committee. A meeting of the General Committee will be held on Tuesday September 25th, when all accounts will be passed for payment.
