Received August 31, 9.30 a.m. BERLIN, August 30. In connection with the discovery of a bomb factory at Barnholm, 21 Russians have been arrested. Received August 31, 9.40 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 31. Telegrams from the provinces present a fearful picture of murder, piilage and incendiarism throughout Russia. In Samara the Government troops suppressed twelve serious agrarian disorders during a period of three weeks. The most violent of the disturbances occurred at Teherkatl, where a large store containing bombs and arms was discovered after a violent confict between the troops and peasants.
