TO IMPRESS THE NATIVES. Received August 30, 8.44 a.ni. 1 PIETERMARITZBURG, Aug. 29. Natal is impressing upon Sir' Henry Camptell-Bannerman, the British Prime Minister, tbe necessity of retaining an Imperial garr'son in Maritzburg in order to impress the natives.
