LONDON MARKET ADVICES. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., "Wellington nave reoeived the following oatle advices from their London office, dated the 23rd instant:— Butter: Since our telegram of the instant, priceß are higher by %& per cwt. The total imports of butter into the United Kingdom for the week ending the 18th| instant amounted to 94,000cwt, as compared with 72,000 cwt. for tue corresponding week of 1905. Market strong, owing to continuation of the drought. Think it possible prices at their best. Frozen meat: Market dull, owing to holidays and the hot ' weather New Zealand Irozen lamb, lower by }'gd per lb. Frozen mutton: Lower by par to Jgd. Demand chiefly for light weight carcases. Beef unchanged. Tallow: Market very firm with smnlljstocks, lut demand chiefly for prompt delivery. Prices are on the average higher by la per cwt.
