ELECTION OF NEW DIRECTORS. CAPITAL INCREASED. (Special to Age). The Wairarapa Bacon sud Freezing Cnmpauy bus been re-organised, and the o&pital of the company has been further increased by the issue of £1,500 wurth of preferential shares, £l,lOO ofvhich lias already been subscribed* with a piospect of the remaining £IOO being shorlly placed. In accordance with u resolution passed at the las*' annua! meotiue, the whole of the Directors resigned, and an extraordinary general meeting was Held on Saturday last, at Carterton, for the Durposs of electing ten new Directors. There were over seventy members present, and in addition there were thirty proxies. The following wore nominated to fill the ten vacancies, viz., Messes T. iioutotr, W. J. Nix, A. M. Wilkinson, G. A. Fairbrother, J. Hart, C. Reid, Q. Donald, A. Daysh, J. A. Ordisb, B.' s Rayner, A. Armstrong, J. Anderson, J. Li odder, and T. Reid. The first-namod ten were elected.
