The St. Petersburg correspondent of The Times sends a striking list of fresh acts of terrorism and assassinations in all parts of the Empire. Conservative members of the Couucil of the Empire declare that repressive treasures in future will be neossary to prevent, the Empire from drifting into anarchy. The explosion of a bomb at Sosnowice Station killed several Jews and maimed others. The thrower escaped.
SERIOUS RACIAL FIGtITING. SEVEN HUNDRED CASUALTIES. Received August 10, 9.31 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 10. Serious racial fighting has occurred at Shuska in Transcaucasia. Seven hundred casualties are reported. WHOLESALE ARRESTS. Received August 10, 0.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 10. The leading members of all the trades unions in St. Petersburg and also two thousand Socialist revolutionaries have been arrested. DISCOVERY OF BOMBS. Received August 10, 9.38 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 10. Some bombs were found at St. Petersburg ohargod with six pounds of dynamite. Other bombs have been found at Moscow.
THE DASHLUGAR MUTINEERS. Reoeived August 10, 9.31 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 10. The Dashlogar mutineers have expressed contrition, saying that they acted under an erroneous impression regarding the feeling of the Russian people. They have bagged the remaining officers to resume their commands.
