THE DASHLUGAR MUTINEERS. Reoeived August 10, 9.31 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 10. The Dashlogar mutineers have expressed contrition, saying that they acted under an erroneous impression regarding the feeling of the Russian people. They have bagged the remaining officers to resume their commands.
