A SEPARATION GRANTED.

Keceived August 9, 10 a.m. PARIS, August 9. The court has granted Maude Gonne Macßride, the known Irish agitator and patriot, a separation, but refused her a divorce. Received August 9, 11.26 p.m. PARIS, August 9.

A divorce was not granted in the case of Macßride v. Macßride, on the grounds that the parties are Irish, and Irish Catholios did not permit divorce, and the fact that the husband's domicile is in Ireland.
