Received August 8, 8.43 a.m. LONDON, August 7. The newspapers publish particulars of new types of Germen cruisers and battleships. The latter are a thousand tons bigger than the Dreadnought, with more big guna. The Kaiser, in course of conversation with a French yaohtsman in the North Sea, said anti-militarism was an international plague.
