DISCONTENT IN INDIA.
A RAILWAY STRIKE. ATTEMPT TO WRECK A TRAIN. Reoeived July 31, 10.25 p.m. CALCUTTA, July 31. A strike has occurred on the East Indian railway. An attempt was made to wreck a train. Other labour 1 troubles prevail, which are connected with the disoontent arising oat of the partition of Bengal.
