EXCITEMENT OVER AN EXPERT'S REPORT. LONDON, July 13. There is much excitement on the Scotch stock exchanges over an expert's report showing the worthlessness of the Fresno copper mine, which was floated into a company in Edinburgh In 1902, with a capital of £400,000.
