THE DREYFUS OASEJ. PARIS, July 13. M. Etienne introduced into the Chamber of Deputies Bills reinstating Captain Dreyfus and Colonel Picqaart, amids 1 ". loud cheering. The Chamber of Deputies, oy 473 votes to 42 votes, approved of the reinstatement of Captain Dreyfus, and by 477 to 27 votes approved of the reinstatement of Colonel Pioquart. The Chamber rejected M. Pressense's motion for the dismissal of officers who committed the forgeries. The Chamber also approved of a motion rendering homage to the authors of Captain Dreyfus' revision trial and denouncing the authors of the conspiracy, and expressing confidence in the Government to execute the necessary penal measures. THE SENATE APPROVES OP THE REINSTATEMENTS. Received July 15, 4.30 p.m. PARIS, Jnly 14. Bj a sixfold majority the Senaie approved of the reinstatement of Captain Dreyfus and Colonel Picquart. General Meroier deolared that the Kennes judgment was mncb more convincing than that of the Court of Cassation.
