HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT.
The Department of Industries and Commerce bus received the following cable message from the High Commissioner, dated London, July 11th: "The wool sales have commenced; There is a large attendance and (good competition. Merinos are %& per lb lower. There is no ohange in priees of crossbteds. The favourable indications continue. Manufacturers are busy, and stocks are small."
