CHINESE ON THE RAND.
GENERAL BOTHA'S MESSAGE. Received July 5, 11.17 p.m. LONDON, July 5. General Botha has sent a message to the workers of Britain urging them to induce the Government to get rid of the Chinese on the Rand, and open the mines to Englishmen whom the Boers will welcome.
