THE PEACE CONFERENCE.
Received July 3.J10.3 a.m. AMSTERDAM, July 2. Owing to the attitude of members of the Right in the Dutch Chamber insisting on Russian guarantees against a repetition of the massacres, the Dutch Government has withdrawn the request for a credit of £5,830 for the expenses of representation at the next Peace Conference.
