A rupfure of diplomatic relations between Greece and Roumania has occurred, owing to the expulsion of Greeks, the closing of schools, and other arbitrary acts on the part of Roumania. RQUMANIA'S EXPLANATION. Received June 18, 9.40 p.m. ATHENS, Jane 18. Roumania explains that her action ia the result of the Greek Government permitting bands organised at Athens, and commanded by GreeH ofßoers, to cross the Turkish frontier and plunder, murder, and terrorise Roumanian residents iu Turkey. Because the Porte recently guaranteed equality of rights the Roumanians are living within its territory.
