DISTURBANCES THREATEN TO BECOME WIDESPREAD.
Received June 15, 12.20 a.m. ST PETERSBURG, June 14. • The Governor of Poltava has asked for reinforcements from other districts, fearing that the soldiers at Poltava will join the peasants in the disturbances, which threaten to become widespread. The traops at Moscow and Kieff are represented as being disaffected.
