The objects which the Bill is intended to effect are : To emend " The Masterton Trust Land 3 Trust Empowering Act,; 1905," by repealing Section 2, paragraph (ii) of sub-paragraph (b) of Section 9, and .sub-paragraph (b) of Section 15, and authorising the Trustees to borrow ten thousand pounds for building,' and to raise a loan to pay off the existing loan or renew or re-issue any existing debentures or any of them without complying with the provisions of Sections 9 tqr 14 of " The Masterton Trust Lands Trust Empowering Act, 1905 " A copy of this Bill has been deposited at the Stipendiary Magistrate's Courthouse at Masterton, and is there open for public inspection, Dated this 14th day of June.'
