At the Auokland Police Court, on Friday, John Fear pleaded guilty of having sold c»ilk which was not obtained from a registered dairy v Tho Inspector of Dairies stated that. in the course of hia duties he called ou the defendant and was iuformed that he had been selling milk without having a registered dairy. Defendant said be only sold milk to a neighbour, and did not know that he was committing a breach of the Act. Fear was fined £1 and costs. James Aspdon, who purchased milk from Pear, was charged with having sold milk not obtained from -a registered dairy. He pleaded guilty, but stated that he did not know the milk was obtained from an unI registered dairy. He also was fined I £l and costs. Samuel Hodge, a farmer, pleaded guilty, to selling milk from an unregistered dairy. Defendant said he had previously held a license, but it had expired. Inspector Brown informed the Magistrate that he had twice warned Hodge that his license had expired, and defendant took no notice. A fine of £5 and J)s costs was imposed. BLOWN TO ATOMS.
