NAVAL PROGRAMME.
.Received June .11, 8.55 p.m. LONDON, June 11. The Telegraph states tbat tbe Government intend to modify the naval programme of tbeir predecessors by either abandoning tbe building of tbe seoond Dreadnought or tbe large armoured cruisers, thus savins two millions. Larger economies are predicted in next year's Estimates.
