THE FIRE ON THE GOTHIC.
ALL THE CABINS DESTROYED.
LONDON, June 8. The steamer Gotbic is now on an even keel. , The fire has been extinguished. All tbe oabins have been destroyed, and the saloon has been ruined. LOSS EXCEEDS £200,000. Received June 9, 4.45 p.m.v LONDON, June 8. It is feared that the Gothic's loss will exceed £200,000.
Received Jane 11, 12.48 a.m. LONDON, June 10.
The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company state that the whole of the cargo iu No. 3 bold is damaged by fire and water. Slight damage was done by the previous outbreak in No. 4 hold. Ncne of the meat oarg o is damaged. <
