Received June 6, 11.12 p.m. LONDON, June 6. One hundred and sixteen delegates, representing 1,282,030 Trade Unionists, are attending the International Congress of Miners io London. It was resolved by the Congress to demand the appointment of workingmen inspectors, to be eleoted by the miners and paid by the State.
