BUDAPEST!!, May 31.
The Reiohsrath, by 240 votes to 8, decided to protest against the recent modification of the Hungarian Giutoms without the Reiohsrath'a consent. He added that if constitutional procedure admitted he would have moved to request Emperor Josef to transfer the reins to younger bauds.
