THE EDUCATION BJL'L. Reoeived May 29, 8.46 a.m. LONDON, May 28. The Bishop of Leeds, addressing a mass meeting of Catholics, declared that tho Education Bill outraged every law, human and divine. The Liberals, with a mighty majority, won on base and false issues, were oomposed of blackguards and thieves. Bishop Barry, in a letter to The Times, emphasised the thoroughly practicable character of the New South Wales system as a solution of the religious difficulty in State sohools.
