FATAL ACCIDENTS.

WELLINGTON, May 27. A fatal accident occurred at about 10.15 last night on the eleotrio tram-, way. Daniel Duggan, a single man, boarded the Oriental Bay oar at Oourtenay Place. 'Che car had not proceeded far when Duggan jumped, from the car against one of the tramway posts, smashing his skull. He died in ten minutes. Fred Parra, a single man, aged 23 yeara, formerly a steward on the steamers Penguin and Mapourika, while working on the steamer Aparima, about 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, fell several feet and waa killed.
