NO AGREEMENT EXISTS BETWEEN THIS NATIONS. Reoeived May 25, 11.45 p.m. LONDON, May 25. In the House of Commons Sir Edward Grey, Secretary for Foreign Affairs announced that nu agreement between Russia and Great Britain existed, but the recent tendency of the two countries was to deal in a friendly way with the questions which both were interested in. They would be able to 00-ODerate upon some oooasions. The British Government would gladly enooarage this tendenoy, as it wonld naturally assist in the settlement of questions.
