COMPANY AMALGAMATION.
Received May 24, 9 a.m. LONDON, May 23. Messrs Lovell and Christmas, the well-known butter importers in London, have arranged to amalga mate with the Wall Company, of Liverpool and Manchester, with a oapital of about a million pounds.
