FATHER GAPON'S DEATH. Reoeived May 21, 9.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 20. One hundred and fifty workmen attended Father Gapon's funeral. They swore to have vengeance on his murderers. PLOT TO ARREST MEMBERS OF THE DUMA. PALACE INTRIGUES. , Reoeived May 21, 10.25 p.m. LONDON, May 21. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the London Tribune reports that the officers of four regiments, including two Imperial guard regiments, are plotting to arrest the members of the Duma, proolaim General Trepoff Dictator aud coerce tbe Czar into abolishing the Duma. Owing to Palace intrigues Pro fessor Muromtzeff, President of tbe Duma, has failed to obtain an audienoe with the Czar, though the Court Chamberlain offered to oonvey tbe Duma's address to the Czar. Bureauorats are resorting to every stratagem to prevent the proclamation with regard to an amnesty.
