Four hundred of Bambaata's followers have crossed the Buffalo River, at Umsiuga, where Kula's people are already armed. The main body, consisting of Ave hundred, and commanded by a headman, named Mteli, and some of Batihes rebels, have crossed the Tugela Kiver and are returning to their own Kraals or seeking, protection among the disaffected natives. Kula and his brothers 1 have been arrested and brought to Helpmakaar.
