THE COCKBURN ESTATE.

The proprietors of the unsold portiou of the Cookburn Estate have decided to dispose of the balance of the sections which have been out up into building allotments. The allotments, particulars of which appear on page 8, vary from two to lour aores, and front on well formed roads with footpaths. They are well drained, good soil, and being within easy distanoe of the Masterton Post Office will make admirable residential sites for business men. Easy term* of payment are offered, and all particulars can be obtained from any of the local agents or from Mr R. M. Speirs, agent for the vendors,, who may be »een at Mr W. B. Chennells' office up till Thursday.
