LABOUR DAY IN PARIS. Reoeived May 3, 9.58 a.m. PARIS, May 2. Of the 150 people arrested in connection with the Labour Day celebrations, 70 are foreigners, mostly Russians. Lieutenant Fisserand Delangi, who was arrested yesterday, has been sentenced to confinement for 60 days in a fortress. He will then be retired from the service.
