THE ALGECIRAS CONFERENCE.
I ITALY'S FRIENDSHIP FOR FRANCE AND BRITAIN. Received pril 26, 8.3 a.m. ROME, ijpril 25. Speaking, in the Italian Senate, the Minister for Foreign ,Affairs (Count Guiociardice) remarked that the-conference at Algeciras was completely successful. He emphasised Italy's sincere friendship for France, and reiterated the Premier's declaration regarding the Triple Alliance. He added that Germany' and Austria recognised at the outset the proposals for the Triple Alliance. Italy's traditional friendship for Britain was calculated to enhance the value of Italy's adhesion.
