TRANSVAAL GOVERNMENT'S OFFKR. Received April 25, 8.12 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, April 24. Gratification is expressed in Natal at the Transvaal Government offering five hundred volunteers, fully armed aud equipped, with their maintenance while in the fluid against tho rebel Bambaata. WITCH DOCTORS' MUMMERY. Reoeived April 25, 9.33 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, April 24. Bambaata's strength has been increased by the addition of many members of Ndubo's tribe. The loyalty of Ghlaka Zulus is also suspected. The chief Dinizulu, whose loyalty was at firac suspected, but who subsequently offered to assist in the capture of tbe rebel chief, is furious with Bambaata. Witch doctors are desecrating Cetewayo's grave by ceremonies designed to play upon "superstitious tribesmen. TROOPS PURSUING BAMBAATA. Received April 25, 11.37 p.m. ' PIETERMARITZBURG, April 25. Bambaata, with three hundred followers, has fled towards Natal. The troops are pursuing him. The Transvaal contingent of five hundred men will start in pursuit of Bambaata on Friday.
