SALE OF SMALL FARMS.
MCGREGOR'S ESTATE. At his rooms, Perry Street, at 1.30 p.m. on. Saturday next. Mr Ohonnells will- hold an important sale of small farmq, part of one of the best blocks of land in the Wairarapa. There are four small farms ot 95 acres each, which are a portion of the property of Messrs McGregor Bros., Lower Manaia, and front the Masterton-Gladstone Road. Land of this description offers a rare chance to practical men with modorate capital, as mixed farming can be carried on with success. The land to be soid baa yielded reoord grain crops, and is recognized for its fattening capabilities as equal to anything in the Wairarapa. The advantage of being situated close to a populous town, near the main lino of railway, still further enhances the value of the property. At the same time, 151 acres on tho Taratahi Plain, a portion of the estate of the late Mr W. B. Buiok, will be aubmitted for sale. This farm is at present in the occupation of Mr R.
