by the Masterton Borough Council, uinW the above mentioned Act, lor street ii.nl road construction and improvements, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 11-14ths of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all the rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, as the same is described in Part I. hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring ra'e durinp the currency of such loan, ar d be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, bting »■ period of 20 years and 9 months, or ui til the loan is fully paid off. 4. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, arid other charges on a loan of £2,850 authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for street widening and extensions, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2-17ths of a penny in the £ upen the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property of the Borough of Masterton as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurrirg rate during the currency of such lorn, and be payable half-yearly on the 3 >th day of June and tbe 31st day of December- in each and every year during the carrmey of such loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 months or until the loan is fully paid off. 5. That for the purpose of providing the interest, finking fund and other charges on a loan of £4,000, authorised to.be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for gas works extension, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1-Gthof a penny in.the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and that such special rate shall 'be an annual .recurring rate during .the currency of such loan, and bs payable (half-yearly on the 30ta day of.June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during tee currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years and nine months, or until the loan iEiidUy paid off. < .7.
