FRAUDULENT CONTRACTORS.
NEW YORK. April 14. John Gaynor and Benjamin Greene, contractors, who were recently extradited from Canana, were sentenced at Atlanta, Georgia, to four years' imprisonment, and fined £115,130, for defrauding tbe Government in connection with works at Savannah harbour. The Government spent £20,000, and the defendants £30,000 in connection with tbe case.
