A SUGGESTION.
(To the Editor). Sir,t—The artistic little building at the corner of Perry and Chapel Streets ij apparently in a somewhat unfortunate position—neither in the town nor out of" the town* A "yes-no" position, in faot; typioal of the Council itself on many occasions. A more central position would be the corner of Short and Queen Streets—leading from Queen Street to Mr Macara's sample rooms. Both in the town and out of the town, still the "yes-no" position so familiar to the Council.—l am, etc., "WEKA."
