TOWN HALL.
JOHN F. SHERIDAN AND HIS MUSICAL COMEDY COMPANY. Mr Sheridan, who has toured the whole of South Africa and Australia since his last visit to Masterton, will make a return visit to the Town Hall, on Monday next, 26th instant, for a three nights season. He is bringing a company of some fifty ladies and gentlemen with him, some magnificent scenery, and a lot of the most beautiful dresses that were ever seen in either an English or an Australian theatre. The Sydney papers described them as simply gorgeous. The production will be the great London success,' "The Earl and the Girl," in which Mr Sheridan plays the part of Jim Oheeze, a dog trainer, supported by Miss Heba Barlow, asLizaSboddam, bis sweetheart. Mr Sheridan will be well and admirably supported by a strong and powerful oast, including Miss Ray Jones, Mr Avalon Collard, an English tenor 'of repute; Mr Jean de Lacy, baritone; and will also include the eight "Kangaroo Danoing Girls," whose admirable terpsiohorean evolutions were the admiratiun of Sydney during the last season. The box plan will be opened to-morrow morning at Miss Kive's, where day sales can, also, bb obtained.
