• LIGHT PUNISHMENT. Reoeived Maroh 20, 8.30 a.m. BERLIN,' Maroh 19."" Buksahl, a sergeant in the German army, has been sentenced to seven months' imprisonment and degraded at Mulheim for assaulting recruits with the butt of a rifle, striking them on frost-bitten bands with a bayonet, and torturing them when at knee-drill. The aooused pleaded zeal of servioe.
