Mr R. H. Rhodes, of Woodville, has an advertisement, under the above heading, m another column. The investments include a 7,000 acre sheep run, about 25 miles from Napier, all of which is ploughable with the exception of 1,000 aores. The property is divided into sheep proof paddocks, and the stock (5,600 sheep and 100 cattle), can be secured at valuation. The price is £2 10s per acre, on easy terms. Mr Rhodes, also, advertises for sale the cutting rights ot 6,000 acres of first-class totara bush. With the scarcity, and high value of timber, at present, | this particular property should be of special interest to milling investors.
