DETAILS OP THE AFFAIR. Received Maroh 14, 8.48 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE. Maroh 13. Further particulars respecting the recent siege of Sakhara, in the Ye men province of Southern Arabia, the town being in the hands of the rebellious natives, show that the Sanna's population numbered from 17,000 to 20,000. During the siege all the cats and does in the town were eaten. Both the Arabs and Turks resorted to cannibalism. One Turk admits that he killed and ate three Arabs.
