CHARLES HOLLOWAY COMPANY.
"TWO LITTLE VAGABONDS." Mr Charles Holloway's Dramatic Company again played the powerful and emotional drama, "Two Little Vagabonds," at the Town Hall, last evening, to another large audience. The simple story of two little waifs "Dick" and "Wally," whose trials and troubles, ooupled with the fortunes of those who set them adrift, form the incidents of a very attractive drama, whioh was watobed with much interest last evening. The numerous charaoters were well sustained, aud it is some time since Masterton tbeatre-goers witnessed a dramatio performance exeouted by such a strong caste. "THE ROGUES OF THE TURF." This evening the company will give their farewell performance, when a drama strongly redolent of raoing matters and entitled "Tbe Rogues of the Turf," by Max Goldberg, will be produced. It deals to a great extent with the doings of an adventuress, whose antecedents are deoidedly seamy, and the life of Nellie Flaxman, daughter of Joe Flaxman, a horse trainer. Mr Charles Holloway will make his appearance in the last-named oharaoter, of whioh he has made a speoial study, and his welcome will no doubt be a cordial on«. Some very realistic and spectacular scenes are promised. Miss Holloway will assume the role of Nellie Flaxman. Miss Appleton appears as the adventuress, Marion Lady Heathcote, with a string of aliases, and Miss Alioe Deorwyn impersonates the character of Phyllis Wurzell. One of the scenes represents the finish for the Manchester Cup.
