BARON BANFFY AND THE COALITION PARTY. Reoeived March 7, 8.30 a.m.. BUDA PESTH, Maroh 6. Baron Banffy has seceded from the Coalition Party, bceause itdoos not favour universal suffrage. He desires to abolish the dual cbarao ter of the monarchy, substituting only a personal union with Austria.
