CIIRISTOHURCiI, March 6,

The authorities are very reticent, but it appears in effect that a duy or two ago a young man was discovered to be affected with the disease, and that i f is a genuine case of leprosy there can be no doubt. Dr Valintine, Acting Chief Health Officer, arrived this morning, and the case was, it is understood, removed during the morning to the Bottle Lake Infectious Diseases Hospital, and isolated. Every precaution waa taKen to isolate the 1 patient as soon as the true nature of the disease was recognised.
