THE METHODIST CONFERENCE.
DUNEDIN, February 25.
At the Methodist Conference, at a Pastoral Session, held oj Saturday morning, the following probationers were received into full connection with the Conference:—Charles E. Godbehear, Eltham; Walter J. Oxbrow, Wanganui; Earnest D. Patohett, Upper Thames; T. Theodore H. Thomas, B. A., Taihape, and H- _ Bauson, Dunedin. This afternoon, in the Trinity Church, the ordination servidf took place, the customary oharge to the new Minister being delivered by Rev J. Newman Buttle, ex-President of tb« Conference. Several of the senior Ministers, also, took part in the function. There was a large congregation, and a large number of pulpits in Dunedin and suburbs were occupied by Ministers attending the Conference.
