NEW ZEALAND COMPETITION. BLENHEIM, February 18. The total for the forty-third week of the New Zealand Egg-laying Competition ia 1,580, making a grand aggregate of 74,859, and a weekly average per peii of 15.80. The highest layings for the week are —Leger's White Leghorns, 30; Worthington Bros.'a Silver Wyandottes, Auokland, 29; Aidridge's White Leghorns, Blenheim, 26; T. West's White Wyandottes, Feilding, 26; Hucheson's Black Orpingtons, Auokland, 26. The order of merit ia the grand aggregate is as follows:Leger, Levin, 1,119; Brooks, South Australia, 1,090; Marlborough A, and P. Association, 1,068; Jonathan Hodson, Blenheim, 1,044; Mick Shaw, Blenheim 1,037; Hockey, Nelson, 1,003.
