A MESSAGE FROM KING EDWARD. Received February 16, 10.25 p.m. LONDON, February 16. King Edward, when receiving the Rev. Wm. Carlisle, Secretary to the Ohuroh Army, sent kindly greetings to the Chuoh Army. His Majesty said: "Encourage your good emigrants. Wish tbera from me every happiness the work'can produce. They will be still in my Dominions, and besides beuelltting themselves and their families they aie benefitting the whole of the Empire."
