EASY WIN FOR v;SITOF!S. . By Telegraph—Press Association. WANGANUI, February 15. The cricket match, Wanganui Combined Team v. Melbourno Cricket Club, was concluded today, in fine weather. Melbourne continued their innings, and with tin score at 243 for six wickets, declared their innings closed. Raiuaford and Arm strong gave a brilliant display of batting. Tho latter made oae tremendous bit, landing the ball on the lop of the hill among the spectators. L. P. Cave secured the chief bowling honours, taking two wickets for 79 runs. Tho Combined Team in their second innings scored 149 (Pratt 49, W. Cole 19,.Sykes IS, Shacklook 17.) Melbourne won by an innings and 38 runs.
