The Masterton racehorse Pemmican | viaa accidentally omitted from both Hurdle Races m the list of Dannevlrke Racing Club nominations. The Poxton Racing Club, at their iecent meeting, whi"h was exceptionally successful, made a profit of £SOO, which will, practically, liauidate the loan borrowed for improve- ' meats. At the last meeting of the Poxton Racing Club, Mr Angns Keith, the Secretary, acted as starter, and his services were also requisitioned by tbf* Aehhurst-Pohangiua Club on the occasion of their meetting in December last.
