Tile Daily Mail's Malta correspondent sa^sthat after the approaching manoeuvres four battleships and four armoured oruieers of the Mediterranean squadron and four battleships of the Atlantic squadron will be transferred to the North Sea station. Thereafter the command at Malta will become a vice-admiral's. LAUNCHING THE DREADNOUGHT. Received February 12, 12.41 a.m. LONDON, February 11. King Edward, at Portsmouth, launched the new battleship Dreadnought. Australian wine was used in the ohristening ceremony. The King, at the second throw, broke the bottle on the prow. After the ceremony concluded the order of knighthood was conferred on RearAdmiral Percy Scott.
